Frequently Asked Questions
What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Most orders are completed within approximately two weeks after all design details, garment selections, and quantities are finalized. Turnaround time can vary slightly depending on the size of the order, current production schedule, and availability of apparel.
If you have a specific deadline or event, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible!
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes, we do! We offer custom embroidery for hats, jackets, polos, and other apparel.
Embroidery is a great option if you're looking for a clean, professional look with long-lasting durability. If you have a design in mind, send it our way—we’ll let you know what’s possible and help you choose the best placement and thread colors.

Can I print a small batch of shirts?
Screen printing requires a lot of setup and preparation, which makes it best suited for larger orders. Because of this, we have a minimum order of 20 shirts for a one-color design.
If you only need a few shirts, we recommend looking for a shop that offers Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which is a better option for small quantity orders.
Can I order multiple shirt colors or styles in one order?
Yes! You can mix different garment colors and styles in the same order—as long as the print location, size, and ink colors stay the same across all items. This gives you flexibility to customize your order while keeping the screen setup consistent.
If you’re not sure what combinations will work best, we’re happy to help guide you through the options!

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on several factors, including the number of shirts, number of ink colors in your design, print locations, and the type of garment you choose.
Larger orders typically get better pricing per shirt, and designs with fewer colors or print locations are usually more cost-effective.
