Ordering Process
Your custom print job is all about what you need, so pricing varies from job to job.

Send in your request – We’ll review the details carefully. (It's okay to not know all the details yet, we are here to help guide you.)
We’ll reach out by email – Order follow up. Answer questions about apparel options, pricing, design preferences or anything else you need.
Finalize the details – confirm placement, colors, and quantities. Turnaround time is typically 10-14 days from this point.
Receive mockups and quote – So you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Printing and Production
Garments are ordered from trusted suppliers – Ensuring quality from the start.
Counted and inspected for accuracy and quality – We verify the order count and check each garment for imperfections.
Printed with water-based or discharge ink – For the best appearance and feel, though specialty inks may be used when needed.
Quality control check – We carefully inspect and organize your garments before packing.
Receive your finished products – Pick up at a convenient Rivertown Inkery & Apparel location or have them shipped/delivered to you.
